Dr. Pooja Kumari Mahaseth (BPT,MPT)

Dr Pooja Kumari Mahaseth  was born and was raised in Mahendranagar, Nepal which contains great bio-diversity and is famous for its natural allure.she completed her schooling from Monastic higher secondary English boarding school, Nepal where she was involved in various sporting and academic events organized by her school and rotary club. she completed her graduation in 2017 from the Institute of Paramedical & Therapeutic Sciences, Kolkata with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and  she was a gold medal receipt for the same. Having worked in a variety of setting in different hospitals as a Trainee and Intern in Fortis , Vendeta , NIMHANS. she can adapt to different cultures and environments very quickly as of now Ishe can speak over 6 languages which are English, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali, Tamil and Korean. After working for over 1 year she joined the SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai and completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2020.SRM is positioned second in the self-finance category in India by ARIIA and different other agencies, Till now she have been associated with four research ventures joined in and led different conference gatherings and workshop which ranges in the various point like "spinal manual therapy", "Total hip and knee replacement", "advance taping", "Proprioceptive neuromuscular articular facilitation" with few others and co-authored two research paper for her university which was presented in research day. Her postgraduate thesis work was on “Comparison between physical training and multisensory training on balance among diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients" which was well received by internal as well as external faculties. she is  dedicated to applying her knowledge for better treatment by being thorough and engage with her patient, good communication skills are her key advantage for this , she believe it’s a kind of association where both parties have to complete their assigned task because of all this. she enjoy working with children and teens and loves to inspire them so that they can make long-lasting change and achieve their desired goal. she consistently thrive to evolve my practice by merging or applying the most recent, evidence-based literature with a holistic approach. she wish to travel around the world and learn about new cultures and languages whenever she is out of her  workplace you can find her doing yoga, working out, reading some books or enjoying the outdoor. she have a keen interest to learn about outer space and reads a lot about it in her free time in sports she like to play badminton.
