IOSHA Appoints New Managers

 

Mr. BUCYANA Emmy (BPT,MPT,CIMT), SPOKESPERSON

Mr. BUCYANA Emmy has been appointed spokesperson for IOSHA,Mr. Emmy BUCYANA is a Passionate Orthopedic Physiotherapy Specialist, and an active registered Physiotherapist in Rwanda. He holds a BSc in Physiotherapy and a Masters of Physiotherapy in Orthopedics and interrelated short professional courses. Currently Mr. Emmy is working as an assistant Lecturer and Head of Physiotherapy Department at the University of Rwanda since 2015. Beside being an academician and a researcher, Mr. Emmy has a strong enthusiasm in clinical practice with an experience of more than 10 years in reputed Hospitals in Kigali. His clinical interest is rehabilitation and treatment of orthopedic conditions being work related, traumatic, Congenital, Age related and sports injuries to mention but few.

Mr. NSHIMIYIMANA Jacques (BPT,MPT), IOSHA MVUZA PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Mr. NSHIMIYIMANA Jacques was appointed IOSHA MVUZA Program Director, He is a registered physiotherapy specialist in neurological rehabilitation. He holds a master’s degree in advanced physiotherapy from the Manchester metropolitan university. He has acquired extensive experience in teaching physiotherapy and rehabilitation related courses at the university level and he has varied experience working in different settings including private clinics. He acquired several other practical training in Health care professionals educators, Rehabilitation courses (Wheelchair provision process, Pediatric neurological Rehabilitation), entrepneurship, career advisory.
He has also co-facilitated professional training in the field of physical therapy (Pediatric
neurological Rehabilitation, Stroke Rehabilitation Course) with Health Volunteers Overseas.
