Tranee will have the opportunity to understand the different aspects of an OH&S MS including the commitment from top management of an organization, worker participation, OH&S policy, operational planning and controls, emergency preparedness and response, performance evaluation, and continual improvement.

• Day 1: Introduction to occupational health and safety management, fondamantal concepts and principles

• Day 2: Audit principles and the preparation for and initiation of an audit

• Day 3: On-site audit activities

• Day 4: Audit documentation, quality review, drafting audit findings and nonconformity reports

• Day 5:  review and closing of training 

Participants should be reasonably proficient in English, Kinyarwanda or French . Applicants must live up to Industrial Occupational Safetry and Health Agency (IOSHA) admission criteria.

METHODOLOGY

The instructor-led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprises of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web-based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professionals and trainers in these fields.

All facilitation and course materials will be offered in fluent language of participants (Kinyarwanda ,English or french) . The participants should be reasonably proficient in one of the above language. 

ACCREDITATION

Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with an Industrial Occupational Safety and Healtrh Agency (IOSHA)  certificate certified by different organisational at National or International Level..

TRAINING VENUE

The training will be held at IOSHA Training Centre. The course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments and lunch.

All participants will additionally cater for their, travel expenses, visa application, insurance, and other personal expenses.
