Etienne hold an Honorary Doctorate with Certified Managent Specialist, holds Masters's of sciences in project management and Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health , He Completed fellowship in orthopaedic Rehabilitation from Geneva University Hospitals, Suisse, and a Bachelor of Science in physiotherapy from the University of Rwanda.Etienne holds Project Management Training Certifications from Philanthropy University/the University of California in Fundamentals of Project Management, Planning for Monitoring &Evaluation, and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy.
He acquired several other practical certificates in Business and leadership from internationally recognized institutions including Data Quality management, Knowledge management, M&E fundamentals, Leadership, and Data Use for Program Managers.He holds HSE training certifications from Alison in ISO 45001:2018 Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Workstation Ergonomics – Revised, He is a member of Special Olympics Clinical Directors, member (Advisor) of Physiotherapy Board at RAHPC and member of Rwanda Physical Therapy Organisation.
