Blaise Ntacyabukura is a medical doctor and a health promotion and prevention specialist, with the following expertise: (1) Medical practice (physically and digitally),  (2) Exposure and outcome assessment using epidemiological methods,  (3) Clinical and public health intervention design using scientific evidence and theoretical basis, (4) Clinical and public health intervention implementation and evaluation, His professional values are honesty, positivity, efficiency, and dependability. He is now a full-time Chief Medical Officer of BYON8 Corporation, Sweden. He was a director of research and strategies of Global health focus Africa (GHF) and a Medical doctor at the Rwanda Ministry of Health, based at Kacyiru District Hospital then at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali.

Blaise has a bachelor’s degree with honor in Medicine and Surgery obtained from the University of Rwanda and currently pursuing a master degree in Public Health with a specialization in Health promotion and prevention at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden
