Graduated in Physiotherapy from the Premier “National Institute of Rehabilitation Training And Research” (Central
Govt. of India) and completed masters in Sports Physiotherapy from “SRM College of Physiotherapy”. Currently having almost 4 years of experience. Had an fortunate to start working with Central Govt. Undertaking- “ISPAT GENERAL HOSPITAL”, Participated in “National Sports CAMP” in SRM Campus and worked with Olympians in the Peak Performance setup. Sports is the eye opener to extend my vision to provide physiotherapy and training at par golden standards and professional level with keeping the reference of evidence based practice. Such an practice help not to only focus on sports injuries but on other variant Work- Related Musculoskeletal Disorder. As per the Chartered society of physiotherapy (Journal of Exercise Rehabilitation and according to Occupational Safety & Health Administration) prevention and management of injuries is been initiated from Risk Assessment , custom training, specific techniques, strategies for pre safety reasons. Multidisciplinary approach of ergonomics, return to work programs, and on-site treatment interventions with manual and therapeutic exercises ascended and escalated the positive effect.
Training with specific skilled techniques makes effortless progress in the work field to stand for.
