Surgeon society (ROCOCS) and and Auditor of Rwanda Ophthalmic Clinical Officers. He holds Bachelor of Science in Optometry Honours Degree, from Mzuzu University, Malawi, Advanced Diploma with distinction in ophthalmology. from Kigali Health Institute (currently UR-CMHS) He has strong teaching and research experience and his practical
experience includes participating in numerous consulting projects. Member and Advisor of Rwanda Allied Health Professions Council (RAHPC) National Board and Executive Member and Advisor of Mzuzu University Optometry Student
